Welcome to Mossley Pre-school!!

Mossley Pre-school is a non-profit making charity, run by a voluntary committee of parents, and is affiliated to the Pre-school Learning Alliance (PLA).

We offer a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children aged 2½- 4 years, in which their intellectual, language, emotional, social and physical development is encouraged through a wide range of play activities.

Each session has a high ratio of adults to children and is staffed by a qualified Supervisor and assistants, over 90% of whom are either qualified or currently undertaking qualification. Parents and/or carers are welcome to assist in any session and we operate a Parent’s Rota each term to ensure everybodies involvement. We allocate one, sometimes two, sessions per half term to each child for their parent/carer to stay and help at pre-school. This is not an onerous task- most parents admit to enjoying the experience!
